Vacancy: we are looking for a Planner!
For Nexa Software Group we are looking for a Planner.
The planner ensures that the consultant knows what their work week looks like and that the necessary preparations for their work have been made. For this, you have intensive contact with our clients and colleagues. You work closely with your team leader. The line of communication is short. You also like to talk about how your weekend was.
About us
Nexa Software Group is a collective name for three software companies. At its core, we solve administrative, logistical, and integration issues by using software intelligently. With our personal and no-nonsense approach, we make software solutions understandable and help the entrepreneur make the right choice. We do this with our extensive team of 28 specialists.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who naturally likes to organize things and take responsibility. Someone who understands that good planning involves more than just putting an appointment in an agenda. We find a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude more important than knowledge of software.
You can communicate well and listen, and that translates into a clear description for the client and colleagues. You are kind and patient, but also dare to ask questions and keep people to their commitments. You are also persistent and won’t let things get out of hand if a response is not forthcoming. You identify and take action when necessary. This allows the consultant to start their work well prepared and we deliver quality, which results in a happy side.
In addition, you step in with other tasks such as handling phone calls, welcoming our guests and visitors in the office, helping to arrange staff activities, and contributing to a pleasant working environment! In short, someone who is eager to get involved.
Job requirements
You don’t need to have any knowledge of software, computers, or networks to do this. We’ll teach you the necessary skills. What you do need is common sense, a good dose of organizational talent, and the ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly with various people. Someone who takes responsibility and ensures that things are actually arranged. Experience with planning, coordinating, customer service, project support, or administrative tasks is a plus, but your attitude and personality ultimately determine the outcome.
What do we offer?
A salary between €3056 and €3761 on a full-time basis (40 hours), depending on your experience
Length of working week to be negotiated
Flexibility combined with your personal situation
A good pension plan
Responsibility, nothing more nothing less
Fresh fruit every week
Tools for personal development, in the form of (team) training sessions
25 vacation days on a full-time basis
Good guidance so that you know what we expect from you and can act accordingly
A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent employment relationship
Do you think this role suits you? We would love to hear from you!
